Introduction

ISO 9000 Certified Diamond Point are proud to offer a custom design service to our customers. Many of our customers expressed the need for a custom solution as they could not find the chassis/pcb to suit their needs and they did not have the facilities or resources to make it. From bare chassis to completed product for reselling, Diamond Point can supply your requirements.

Such services are:

Chassis design
- Professional design service in-house using CAD software
- Designed using ISO 9000 approved system procedures
- Chassis made from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Painted, zinc passivated and anodised finishes
- Custom paint work and silk screen artwork available

PCB board design
- Professional multi-layer design in-house using PCB software
- Anything from a small microcontroller PCB to PC based PCBs with ISA/PCI circuitry
- Designed using ISO 9000 approved system procedures
- We have designed a range of carrier boards for ETX, DIMM-PC and PC/104 cards already.
- Boards manufactured by professional local company

Systems integration
- Integration of above services and/or Diamond Point products and your own hardware
- For any hardware from DIMM-PCs to 19" rackmount computers
- Professional assembling and testing as per your requirements
- Pre-loading of OS (Windows/Linux + real time OS) and additional software
- Additional configuration/updating of software

Software
- Ability to write software per your specification
- We specialise in GPS/GSM applications see here
- Experience in making Windows CE & Windows NT/XP embedded images

Other
- Extended temperature testing/screening service using in-house environmental chamber
