The Largest Manufacturing Base in the IndustryEVOC's factory, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, is located in High-tech Industrial Park in Shenzhen, China. Currently, EVOC Hi-tech Industrial Park covering an area of 300,000 square meters is being built in Guangming New Town, Shenzhen. When it is put to use later this year, the annual productivity of EVOC will explode ten-fold from current 1,000,000 pieces. The factory now has almost 200 manufacturing equipments including NC bending machine, NC cutting machine, processing center, surface-grinding machine with horizontal spindle, open-type inclinable press, placement machine, silk screen machine, reflow oven, wave soldering machine, regulators, polishing machine, sander, etc. In addition, there are over ten workshops covering SMT, PVBA, chassis test, HUAWEI system line, chassis assembly, digital-controlled punching machines, printing, and processing that ensure the perfect production flow. |
