Introduction

Runcore's InVincible III 1.8" and 2.5" PATA/IDE interface solid-state drives adopts advanced SSD controller and NAND Flash chip, which is compatible with ATA-7 protocol and support PIO-4, MWDMA-2 and UDMA-5 transfer rate. The product supports is available with the storage capacities ranging from 8GB to 128GB ( SLC support to 64GB) and are ideal for use in medical, automotive, aerospace and other industrial applications operated under complex environment.

The drives are available in three different temperature specifications:

  • Extended Temperature -40°C to 85°C
  • Super Wide Temperature -45 °C to 95°C
  • Military Temperature -55 °C to 125°C
