Our technically qualified application engineers all have strong software base for customers with software driver integration and installation problems - a constant source of customer frustration. We have a technical facility whereby problems exhibited in the field can be closely replicated in the laboratory, thus facilitating fault analysis and diagnosis. This reduces frustrating experiences in trying to get direct help from the manufactures and allows us to provide quality technical support in the same time zone! Drivers & SoftwareThere are no drivers or software on our web site. Most of our products come with drivers and all our suppliers have drivers on their web sites. Alternatively, drivers can be obtained from us via email or can be put on CD and posted to you if necessary. |

Returns Policy / RMA All returns have to accompanied
by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). To obtain this number,
an RMA form must be filled in and faxed back to us at (01634) 722398.
The form can be faxed to you on request by phoning us on (01634)
300900 or can be downloaded below. Once received, a returns number
will be sent back via fax/phone/email which will allow you to return
the equipment to us. Please list the fault(s) as clearly and as in as much detail as possible on the RMA form. Additionally, please ensure that returns are suitably packaged (preferably in the packaging that the item(s) where shipped in) and that electrostatic packaging/bags etc are used where necessary. |
